Collaborations

Over the last fifteen years, our group has established long-standing collaborations with numerous national and international research teams. Together, we develop and implement advanced computational workflows for analyzing genomic, epigenomic, and transcriptomic data, driving forward-thinking discoveries in the biomedical field.
