Laboratory COMBINE- Computational Biomedicine Laboratory
The COMBINE Lab at the University of Florence is a multidisciplinary research unit that
brings together researchers and faculty from five departments (Information Engineering;
Health Science; Experimental and Clinical Medicine; Biomedical Sciences; Neurosciences,
Psychology, Drug and Child Health).
The main goal of the Lab is to develop and implement new computational approaches
properly devised for the analysis and integration of data belonging to the domain of
genomics, epigenomics, transcriptomics, aiming at the improvement of biomedical
research and diagnostics.
