At the COMBINE Lab, we are always looking for motivated and curious students (Bachelor, Master and PhD) eager to dive into the revolutionary world of computational genomics. Our daily work is deeply rooted in the dry lab, where we develop cutting-edge algorithms, innovative bioinformatic pipelines, and advanced artificial intelligence models to solve complex biological questions.
To fully complement our computational breakthroughs, we also integrate specialized wet-lab operations, utilizing experimental procedures and long-read sequencing technologies to support and validate our data-driven discoveries. This unique combination offers students an invaluable comprehensive view of modern genomic research.
